All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions. Our AI signals are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. By purchasing our service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

1. Service Description

CMX Signals provides AI-generated trading signals for educational and informational purposes. We deliver trading suggestions via private Telegram messages based on our proprietary algorithm.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer four subscription tiers:

1 Month: $25
3 Months: $50 ($16.66/month)
6 Months: $85 ($14.16/month)
1 Year: $120 ($10/month)

All plans include the same core service: 5-10 AI trading signals daily delivered privately via Telegram.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed through Telegram's payment system or PayPal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through PayPal.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for recurring subscriptions must be processed through PayPal. Once a subscription period has begun, no partial refunds will be provided for early cancellation.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

Use our signals for educational purposes only
Conduct your own research before trading
Understand that trading involves substantial risk
Not share your subscription access with others
Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose

6. Service Limitations

While our AI aims for high accuracy, we cannot guarantee:
